On-ligne warranty registration

In addition to the warranty described below, you can enjoy two more months warranty by applying the on-line registration form.
Your warranty will be 14 months and you can access the customer area with its exclusive contents.

The Securyploof warranty

For customers who purchased a Securyploof product from an authorized dealer, Securyploof provides the following Warranty :

The Securyploof company guarantees that the product is free from material or manufacturing defects of the receiver and the bracelets. The Warranty set out in these terms and conditions will be valid for one year (14 months instead of 12 by applying this on-line warranty registration HERE ! ) from the date of purchase of the product at an authorized retailer.
The warranty period begins from the day of purchasing and will not be extended even in case of a product replacement. If the products really presentsany material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period, the dealer will take charge of the defected products.
Failing that, Securyploof will take the charge according to the following terms and conditions.

The warranty terms and conditions

1. The warranty is valid only with the original invoice from the retailer and the Securyploof warranty card correctly filled in with :

• The buyer's name,
• The name, adress and stamp,
• The model or serial number of the product
• The purchasing date.

The warranty will not be valid if invoice is missing.

2. Securyploof reserves the right to refuse the warranty if any information or the invoice is missing, or the warranty card has been modified after the purchasing.

3. The Warranty will not apply to :

• Malfunctions or damages resulting of accidents occured during handling,
• Malfunctions or damages due to product misuse, improper use, abuse or negligence by the customer, or to any use of the product other than that described in the operating instruction manual.
• Products repaired, adjusted, rebuilt, changed or converted by any person (including the customer) other than an authorized dealer.
• Product whose serial number has been changed, tampered with or removed.
• Products that has been adapted, changed convert or adjust to comply with conditions or regulations of a country the product has not been designed for.

Should there be any dispute, the relevant courts are those of the manufacturer's and importer's head office.
